to follow   seville orange braised daube of beef, english mustard mash

  pan fried seabass, spring onion mash, sweet basil &

  white wine sauce

  spinach & ricotta rittolo, champagne cream sauce

  apple & sage roast pork tenderloin, vanilla roast new

  potatoes & calvados jus (to share)



puddings  liquorice root & star anise crème brulée, shortbread
